DineFest is back. Its a 10-day culinary event showcasing over 30 restaurants across 3 cities (Bangalore, Delhi & Mumbai) from 26th May to 4th June, 2017. The menus are priced at INR 500++ in Bangalore, and INR 600++ in Delhi & Mumbai.
As part of this event I accompanied my friend Arijit Choudhury of AriGami to one of my favourite restaurants in IndiraNagar ,Redfork. I am fond of this place since my initial Bangalore days when it used to go by the name Daddy’s deli , it still belongs to the same family.
In this Dinefest Menu you can choose one dish each from a three-course meal ( appetizers, main course & Dessert) from their curated menu.
We chose Chicken Cutlets with Aioli & Pork Vindaloo Slider for appetizers.
In main course we chose – Fish curry rice with kachumber (its Tilapia) & Porchetta – Roasted pork shoulder, pork jus and millet and fennel risotto.
The Orange cake was really nice, especially because of the orange bitters and I savored it till the last bit.
We also ordered for white wine, which was not part of this menu , but available there.
