I recently had  the opportunity of attending a new life cooking workshop by Master-Chef India runner-up Shazia Khan.

The event was organized by the TTK Prestige group ( www.ttkprestige.com ) and the venue was the Oberoi – M.G. Road,Bangalore.The guest-list consisted of other food bloggers and reviewers.

The essence of the event was to showcase how easy it is to recreate star quality food at home if we have the proper ingredients and tools handy.

During the preparation of the dishes, the chef used a range of innovative kitchen tools and gadgets from TTK Prestige.

Mr. Chandru Kalro, Managing Director, TTK Prestige, explained how the evolution of these cooking wares have helped them stay in the business and how Prestige is constantly striving for new innovations.

 

Chef Shazia doled out the below fusion menu and each of the dishes were completed within the stipulated time.We were given a chance to taste each one of them.

• Dukkah crusted paneer with creamy beetroot.
• The Brinjal affair.
• Grilled figs with almond crumble and vanilla mousse.
• Chilly mutton sliders.
• Cuban chicken skewers.
• Concocted grape juice puchka shots.

Needless to say , each dish was unique,lip smacking and presented immaculately. The best part was how easy it was to recreate them.An unique experience definitely.
