In 2020, we all went through a life changing experience. It almost changed everything around us. So many people left the city, so many known places shut shop. However, we also saw a surge of young entrepreneurs still taking the city by its stride and adding taste and color to our palate.
One such venture, which I personally frequent is Natraj. So, a little before Diwali, seeing Mr. Suresh Hinduja’s post I just could not stop visiting this place at the first weekend possible. Evenings did not work as this place operates from 9 a.m. to 6 pm. or till stock lasts.
Vipul Khurana, one of the partners recollected how his great grandfather opened this is in Paharganj and after 3 decades he is able to recreate the same magic in Namma Ooru, where this taste is not so common.
Its typically a breakfast item; the paneer stuffed bhature comes with choley (which even has aloo), chutney, amla, pickled chilli and onions.
Till I left for Kolkata – it became my Saturday ritual to visit this place every week. At that price point, this is something Bangalore has a new joint to flock with friends and family. You must try, to experience the charm. In the heart of Indiranagar, beside the old RTO – parking is not an issue. Rather than trying the online delivery options, I recommend visit the place and have it right there.
Let me know – how was your experience.
