Hot cross buns,
Hot cross buns,
One a penny,
Two a penny,
Hot cross buns ….
Remember that nursery day rhyme ….
I am just back from vacation. The social butterfly I am , I had to meet friends and talk about my experiences . So I headed to #phoenixmarketcity to catch up with a few friends.

When in #bangalore we always scout for new dishes and new places.A friend of mine had informed me about this new place , which is extremely popular in other countries for their buns. So I did not have to think about my choice of place this evening and directly headed to this newly opened place in the lower ground of #phoenixmall.

Well coming back to #papparoti , it’s a famous dessert in Malaysia which goes extremely well with your coffee or tea , hot or cold. The coffee coated butter bun has a very crispy crust yet soft inside.
The chain #papparoti started in 2003 and expanded it’s horizon in the middle East and many more countries … And its extremely popular.
In #india they are present in Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai and now Bangalore as well.
They also serve sandwiches , pasta , pizza and a huge choice of beverages (non alcoholic) So go with your family, date, bae , girlfriends or gang and enjoy this new delight !
I tried the moroccon mint tea , chicken Caesar salad , Chicken veloute soup, pesto chicken focaccia sandwich, lamb Bolognese pizza , lamb Bolognese spaghetti and pita pockets (BBQ chicken sandwich) .
I left with a cafe frappe (to go) … One for the road.

P.s the dough comes from #malaysia !
