In the recent times, if I recall one of the memorable restaurants with good food, amazing ambience – which I would like someone to try, “The Bengaluru Brasserie” tops the chart. This restaurant is one of the new places. Situated on top of the Hyatt Centric MG Road, this place would first wow you with its view. You can choose to sit indoors (al-fresco dining area) or outside. If you choose to sit outside, you are bound to get an oasis like feeling with the palm trees. The passing metros keep reminding you of the time. I was there the day it opened doors for all, as well as later. On both the occasions, the dining experience has left a mark.

The menu is curated in a unique way, it brings world cuisine prepared from local ingredients. It has native inspired ingredients, Asian meals and also very interesting country side dishes like bisi bele bath, Ragi dosa with duck filling and tomato chutney. Now, this is something I cannot still get over, it was amazing. The salads are equally interesting, before I forget mentioning. Among the wraps, if you are on the health-conscious diet side, you have an option of millet wraps too.

We also tried a few of their signature cocktails.

The weather being very pleasant, we finished our meal and moved outside where we savoured our desserts – carrot halwa, mango tiramisu and the “ras malai cheesecake” with the almonds. 

In fact, after my visit I have recommended this place to few more people and all of them shared their great experience.
