We are such regulars at Flechazo that its feels like extended home. It has become synonymous to celebration, be it office team dinner, birthdays, anniversaries, festive occasions or friends catching up. Writing about Flechazo, comes so naturally – that I really don’t have to put any extra effort. I have been to the first Flechazo outlet in Outer Ring Road numerous time. Recently they have opened another outlet of Flechazo in Whitefield , which is even bigger (220 seater). It is pretty close to my (once upon a time) workplace. When this opened ,I was in Kolkata, so at the back of  my mind I was constantly thinking– we need to check out the new Flechazo. Soon after my return from kolkata, we got the opportunity to host a family friend and we immediately decided it has to be “Flechazo”. It is absolute value for money for multiple reasons, the spread, well trained crew ,they literally treat us as if they are entertaining guests at their residence.

Whenever I enter flechazo, I spend the first 10 mins near the conveyer belt to try out their little pots of happiness, I meant the starters – but that’s how I prefer to call it. The veg and non vegetarian dishes are marked separately by the green or red bowls, in which they are served.

Once you settle down, the starters are served directly on the table. In vegetarian dishes, I like the corn & the pineapple. In Non vegetarian – I love to spend more time on the fish, prawn and mutton. The warmth with which they are served, makes you full. Many a times, I head for the dessert soon after this. But this particular time, I tried some of their main courses. Swathy, our family friend’s daughter happily participated in the DIY pizza – at the end of the session, she was elated to get her picture clicked and came back gleefully to the table with the printed picture given to her. She made her life’s first pizza from scratch. Soon the same pizza was at our table & we relished the keema pizza with copious amount of keema and cheese.

The crew enthusiastically performs a short dance in a group of 10-12 to celebrate the guests birthday or any other celebration followed by a cake cutting. To capture all these precious merry moments and make it eternal they capture the same & give out framed pictures as souvenirs.

After all the fun and frolic, we got back to our mains & most importantly the wide range of desserts. You name it & they mostly have it there, some are even compiled in a very attractive way. I usually start with the fruit parfait, get freshly prepared Jalebis, pour as much as Rabri over it and have. Then I went back again for the pastries and all other dessert arrays.  Lastly, I went for the ice-cream – prepared like a magic performed in front of you. I have observed the kids are always super excited about this Ice-cream from thin air. After all this the crew still happily checked on us – if we are happy and if we had had enough.
