Mishmash – the friendly neighborhood restopub

Tonight , when I am sitting with the thought that I have to be back in office tomorrow, I am thinking of the friendly neighborhood pub which I visited midweek, to celebrate a midweek holiday – which was a dream dream thing for me.

I don’t think I am getting such an evening in a couple of months now.But I shall go back to the place for sure , especially to sit in that balcony set up or to go to the terrace , which was already booked for a private party.

We started with a drumstick soup (mullakada Charu) which I really really liked. We also had some healthy dish – mixed jewel sprout salad.

The paneer ghee roast surprised me and I asked for a second helping.

The lemongrass chicken dimsum disappeared even before I could ask for a chopstick.

The tangdi mumtaz went well with drinks and the men really took care of her.

Next came the stuffed chickebn breast with mushroom and red wine sauce.

I loved the dum aloo kashmiri and wanted to take a #togo to pair with home made luchi on the holiday morning … It was so good.

Lastly I ended my day with the crunchy bite on the sheer kurma bullet and khasi halwa tart. I was even accused of being greedy and oblivious to my group , whether they had their share or not …. They were soooo good !!

We also tried a few of their cocktails.
